Pomery CastleThe Totnes East area includes the following Parishes: Staverton; Broadhempston; Littlehempston; Berry Pomeroy, Bridgetown, Stoke Gabriel and Marldon.

The geographical area is diverse, with a mixture of urban residential and rural areas.

Totnes East is considered a safe place in which to live and work, with the prospect of becoming a crime victim falling below the national average.

Stoke Gabriel

Typical issues of concern in this area include alcohol-related anti-social behaviour, speeding motorists, neighbour disputes and minor criminal damage incidents.

Speeding is one of the area's ongoing priorities, and it is envisaged that the community will work with police and partner organisations to find solutions.
