This Beat area is separated into three areas by the following roads and geographical features
1. Between the river Trent and A453.
2. A453 and Southchurch Drive.
3. Southchurch Drive Fairham Brook.

1. This area contains the Nottingham Trent University and campus, plus the Fabis Drive Estate.
2. This area between the A453 and Southchurch Drive is mostly made up of the original old estate.
There is one public house The Winning Post.
There are three shopping areas in this part of Clifton one set on Sunninghill Drive
The second area is on Orford Avenue, The third area is Varney Road/ Southchurch Drive.
3.This area covers between Southchurch Drive and Lanthwaite Road.
